    Such a bad experience dealing with this company. First, after the house closes they will not return your calls. Even about things that have to do with their own mortgages. Hate to leave this review, but can't let this go by without letting others know how poor the experience was.

    As a Real Estate professional in Fairbanks, I know that when I send my clients to Guild Mortgage, that they will get the best service available! They go above and beyond for the clients to get the deal closed. Never have I seen lenders work so hard (and on weekends), to satisfy their clients needs. As hiccups occur in any transactions, they are always ready with a solution at hand. Have questions? Never be afraid to ask, they are a wealth of knowledge!

    WORST experience ever. Previous two loans I had with Guild in another state were top notch. This branch couldn't close escrow in over two months! Stay clear especially if you are a vet!

    The team at Guild Mortgage does an excellent job of offering the best loan program for each individual clients individual needs. They offer wonderful customer service and the bottom line is they truly care about their clients! For their team it is NOT just another transaction it's a client for life!
