    Katie Best at Fairbanks Billing accessed my personal health records with the hospital without a legal reason to do so. The owner of the company Katie Best was my employer and for whatever reason she accessed my records at the hospital when I was not a client of Fairbanks Billing Services (I was never a client of FBS). The hospital did nothing about it and I couldn't afford an attorney to pursue the matter. So, I'm writing this review. Protect yourself if you are an employee for her, I was not the only record she accessed.
